Sensor Features & Data Reporting

Temperature Measurement: Measures between -20°C and 60°C with ±1°C accuracy.

Humidity Measurement: Measures between 0% and 100% with ±5% accuracy.

Data Update Logic: Optimized for low power consumption. If ambient temperature changes by more than 0.5°C or humidity by more than 5%, data is updated every 2 minutes. If changes are below these thresholds, data is updated once per hour.

Accuracy: After approximately 30 minutes following Wi-Fi configuration, sensor readings stabilize and become more accurate to ambient conditions. It is recommended to keep the device away from heat sources.

Application Functions & Settings

Alarm Setup: Temperature and humidity upper/lower limits can be configured via the app. When values go outside the defined range, an instant alarm notification is sent.

Calibration: Temperature and humidity values can be calibrated through the app. After selecting the calibration value, the reset button must be pressed once to apply changes.

Data History: Up to 1 year of temperature and humidity data is stored and can be exported to the user’s email address.

Temperature Unit Switching: Users can switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) in the app settings. The reset button must be pressed once to complete the change.

Intelligent Linkage: Automation scenarios can be created with other Tuya-compatible smart devices (e.g., smart IR controller). For example, when the temperature exceeds 30°C, the air conditioner can automatically turn on.

Design & Power Management

Power Supply: Operates with 1.5V AAA alkaline battery. Use of high-quality alkaline batteries is recommended; carbon-zinc batteries should be avoided.

Mounting Options: Can be mounted on a wall using adhesive tape, hung using the included strap, or placed on a flat surface.

Battery Life: To prevent excessive battery consumption, it is important to connect the device to the network immediately after installing the batteries.
